Biography

As the owner of Tier 3 I.T. Solutions, Jesse is familiar with key business operations and strives to assess challenges within businesses and find opportunities for growth. He has a constant curiosity and drive to help cut down on operations costs and take away the frustration of technology. Keeping his customers happy motivates him to develop detailed technological strategies to assist with business development. Jesse knows that technology isn’t the answer for every problem, and strives to bridge the gap between problem solving and implementation of best practices.

Streamlining business process and minimizing downtime is a huge priority at Tier 3 I.T. Solutions. JP understands how both affect our customers and makes these tasks his daily priority. His extensive industry knowledge allows him to develop solutions and alerts that increase response time and provide consistent level of service to our clients. He proactively scrutinizes client networks to align them with their unique business operations, and analyzes data and support ticket trends within Tier 3 to predict future service calls and have solid resolutions in place. Keri’s main contribution is to make sure that the rest of the team is organized, supplied, and ready to do their jobs so that our customers get the best service possible.

With thousands of computers under management it is a full time job to monitor, patch, secure, support, and remediate any of the issues that pop up. Add in all of the tools and services the Tier 3 team uses internally and it's no wonder we depend on Aaron so much. As our Automations Technician, Aaron spends his days looking for ways to improve the security, stability, and supportability of our clients' systems to help reduce interruptions and to support a more efficient relationship with the technologies we use every day.

Graduated from NAIT in 2016, University of Alberta in 2021, I’ve worked for several MSPs in the Edmonton area. I’ll take and use that experience to get you to the right solution as quickly as possible. In my spare time I play hockey and cards and enjoy sleight of hand. I’ve travelled the world playing in card tournaments, and love managing chaos.

Darrio Dean is a strong believer in the positive impact technology can have on a community. He has been working with entrepreneurs throughout Canada for over 7 years to start and grow their businesses. Originally coming to Canada as a student-athlete from Nassau Bahamas, he quickly found himself working for different marketing agencies serving the B2B sector.
Outside of work, you can find him at a local pickup game trying to relive the old days, or at a skating rink with his family doing his impersonation of Bambi on ice.
